Speglade lockauter
Transport har mottagit så kallade speglade lockouter från arbetsgivarna, på de varsel om stridsåtgärder som vi lagt på Kabinavtalet samt Hamn- och Stuveriavtalet.
Att arbetsgivarna gör detta var väntat. Den pågående medlingen, där Medlningsinstitutet har utsett medlare mellan oss parter, påverkas inte av arbetsgivarnas varsel. Medlingen kommer alltså att fortsätta.
Transport kommer nu att analysera varslen närmare.

Mirrored Lockouts
Transport has received so-called mirrored lockouts from the employers in response to the notices of industrial action we have issued concerning the Cabin Agreement and the Port and Stevedore Agreement.
This move by the employers was expected. The ongoing mediation—where the National Mediation Office has appointed mediators between the parties—is not affected by the employers’ notices. The mediation will therefore continue.
Transport will now conduct a closer analysis of the notices.
