Local Agreements Finalized for Cabin Crew
We are now proud to announce that all local company agreements, included under the Swedish Aviation Industry Employers’ Association, have been signed and finalized. A new chapter has been written for cabin crew. Thank you all cabin crew members — together, we have achieved a historically successful round of negotiations.
On February 1, 2025, Transport took over responsibility for the central cabin crew agreement, and what a journey it has been since then. This is not just a milestone for the union — i'ts for the entire cabin crew profession.
Local agreements have been concluded with all airlines that are members of the Swedish Aviation Industry Employers’ Association (Svenska Flygbranschen). After months of intense negotiations, we finally succeeded. Throughout the negotiations, we have stood up for your working conditions, rights, and job security.
Airlines where local company agreements are finalized:
- Amapola
- BRA Crew
- BRA People
- CityJet
- Jettime
- Norwegian
- SAS SK
- SAS Connect
- Sunclass Airlines
- TUI
"We have now reached solutions that improve working conditions locally at each airline. This shows the power of union organization. What we have achieved together is historic, and we see it as a beginning — not the end. Transport will never stop fighting. We will always stand on the side of cabin crew. In every negotiation, in every conflict, and at every step forward," says Tommy Wreeth, President of the Swedish Transport Workers’ Union.
Now that the local company agreements are signed and completed, the central cabin crew agreement between the Swedish Transport Workers’ Union and the Swedish Aviation Industry Employers’ Association formally comes into effect.
